Coach Mary’s Power Hour

Stay sharp this summer with an on ice power class. Work your endurance, edges and skating skills and you will return to the hockey season this Fall faster and stronger than ever.

• Open to skaters from all organizations Pee Wee and above
• Squirt players may be accepted upon approval
• Full gear required including helmet and stick
• Bring your own water bottle

$15 per class if registered online by June 1^st or $18 per class after (Walk Up)
